Anonymous Applications, the free feature you’re missing out on!

Tags: EDI, Recruitment Process

Equality, diversity and inclusion is a hot topic at the moment, but did you know if you use Tribepad ATS you can anonymise your applicant’s data completely free?

Removing the possibility for unconscious bias is one of the most powerful ways to increase diversity. And that’s where our Anonymous Applications feature comes in.

It’s deceptively simple, given how powerful it is. The upshot is, all applications are totally anonymised:
– No names
– No genders
– No DOB
– No location
– No nationality
– No education institution names

Candidate data is anonymised until it’s needed later in the application process, like to arrange an interview.

You can turn on Anonymous Applications by role and by user-type. So, for example,
you could allow your head of recruitment to see full profiles while hiring mangers see anonymous profiles. Or trial Anonymous Applications only for sales positions first, before rolling out across the rest of your business.

If you’d like to find out more then just book a demo or fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch.
