Job requisitions can be a faff. We’ve been playing with the designs here to make them as unfaffy as possible.

The biggest thing is that recruiters will now only see the fields super-users have specified they need rather than all fields. So it’s easier, faster, and generally less overwhelming to make a requisition request. 

We’ve also made other tweaks like autopopulating job location and address details from your Hierarchy settings (if you use Hierarchy) and moving around buttons to be more intuitive.

Free feature – Pro and Gro

This one’s great if your chosen hire could work from multiple offices or choose their office. You can now advertise that job across multiple locations at once, so your job will appear in candidates’ search results for each location. Say you’re hiring a software engineer who can join either your HQ in Bristol or your office in Cardiff, for example. Now your software engineer role will appear in search results for Bristol and for Cardiff, so you don’t miss applicants from either location.

If you use ‘date gap’ during the application process to specify which info you need and how far back, we’ve improved the functionality and design of that process. Both for you and for candidates. It’s now more intuitive, user-friendly, and flexible for your team…

  • Ask for education, references, or residential history for a set period of time (going back five years, say) or from a life event (their first care job, for example). 
  • Allow time gaps if your organisation can accommodate that – like allowing a 14-day break between jobs

… and more intuitive and streamlined for candidates. Less friction, less frustration, more completed applications. Better for everyone.
