Get flagged on your Tribepad dashboard when something happens that needs your attention, like approval requests or an offer being accepted. It’ll also include links where that’s relevant, so you can click straight through to what you need to do. (You’ll still get emails too).

We’re launching this in phases, rolling out the most important notifications first.

Phase 1 notifications are:

  • Policy approval required (for the approver)
  • Policy accepted or rejected (for the requester)
  • Policy approval accepted (for the approver and anyone else this is set for)
  • Candidate has accepted an offer (for the recruiter)
  • Candidate has booked an interview slot (for the manager and attendees)
  • Job shared with recruiter (for whoever you’ve shared the job with)
  • Job published (for the job owner)

You’ll also be able to set reminders if you need to follow-up on notifications in the future.

If you don’t want this, you can opt-out below.

If you know how much a candidate costs to hire, add that into Tribepad to track and report on hiring costs. For example, you could use this to track agency spend and spot where to carve out savings.

More light on your processes; more opportunities to improve. The power of data-driven recruitment.

We want this!

Right now, onboarding is triggered by status changes – so when you move a successful candidate into ‘hired’, they’ll get all the onboarding packages you’ve assigned to them at one time.

We’ve changed that to give you more flexibility about what you send, when. Now you can trigger onboarding packages based on time until and/or since start date.

Like… you could send a first-day reminder the day before they start, and a first week questionnaire after their first week, for example.

More flexibility to deliver an onboarding experience that WOWS.

We launched our new cookie manager earlier this year, to comply with regulations around candidate tracking and give you better insight and control into cookies.

With the new interface you can view, change, and add cookies easily yourself, with essential cookies fixed for you. Instantly see what’s necessary and why, choose optional cookies, and add custom cookies where you want them.

We’re now switching that on for everyone in January without an opt-out, so you can’t accidentally toggle off what’s necessary and break compliance regs.

Paid feature – Pro and Gro

Some customers’ UAT site has morphed into a messy, complicated place that’s a distorted twin of your live site. Now you’ll be able to blanket-copy your entire live platform to your UAT platform fast – so everything is identical, without manual configuration. Test new features, processes, or integrations on an exact replica of your live site, so no spanners slip into the works.

Trust what you see on UAT is exactly what you’ll get live.

This’ll be most useful if you’re making a bunch of major changes to your ATS at once, or if you regularly make lots of changes to your stack. Our pricing reflects that, with the option to buy this as a one-off or for ongoing functionality so you can wipe-and-copy as many times as you want.

A few of you mentioned you’d been struggling with PDF formatting issues. We’ve upgraded the tooling that allows you to create PDFs within Tribepad to solve this.

No action’s needed from you and no changes to your process. Just better PDFs.

We’re working constantly to improve the accessibility of our platform, and we have full-time development resource committed here.

This quarter we’ve been working on:

  • Continual internal testing to flag potential ED&I issues throughout the platform
  • Providing default accessibility statements for customers, to ensure compliance and foster inclusive UX
  • Continued work with ReciteMe to provide an accessibility toolbar across all our products – to make creating inclusive, accessible job sites easy

Coming up next Release…

Add individual questions into your application journeys without adding a whole new questionnaire. The questions will integrate to boards like Indeed and Total Jobs, so candidates experience a consistent process whether they’re applying direct or through a third-party.

Plus customise icons to appear against the candidate’s name on your jobs. So you can spot at a glance who’s answered what.

More detailed screening with boards

More consistent CX across channels

Faster and more flexible for recruiters

Easier to strategically prioritise candidates

We’re piloting this with a few customers right now to iron out any creases. Then we’ll be rolling it out fully in March.

Careshield

One for our health and social care clients. Careshield are market leaders in the development and delivery of technology-enabled solutions to support the upskilling of staff in the healthcare industry.

Zinc

Instant, easy and delightful automated background checks. Every essential check, automated. Eliminate manual processes, reduce admin and lighten the workload for your candidates and hiring team.
