Diversity efforts were starting to pay off
In last year’s report, we saw early signs that jobseekers were becoming less fearful of bias – with 11% fewer candidates worrying they were at risk of prejudice than our first report in 2022 (89% and 100% respectively).
This increasing candidate confidence testifies to the commitment, hard work, and advocacy from recruiters who know fair, inclusive hiring is better for everyone.
But now progress is under threat.

Don’t let DEI become a sunk cost
This year, diversity, equity, and inclusion face seismic challenges on the global stage. TA teams must stand tall in the face of adversity or risk losing hard-won gains.
That’s why we’ve created the Stop the Bias 2025: Action! report, to give you the practical tools to strengthen DEI despite pressure and uncertainty. So you can stand true to your values and build an organisation that prioritises people over politics.
Now’s the time to double-down on diversity, not downplay it.

Earn the DEI buy-in you need
As the rollback of DEI gathers steam, TA teams must show business leaders how diversity improves organisational performance and fuels innovation. Or risk the rug being pulled from under you.
Stop the Bias 2025 synthesises the most compelling evidence into a toolkit, so you can spur the support you need.
