A real Tribepad fixture, Sam’s been with us eight years or so. She heads up our Support/Success team, so she’s laser-focussed on keeping our platform running smoothly and ensuring problems are fixed pronto.

When she’s not helping our clients keep their recruitment on-track, you’ll probably find her surrounded by her three fabulous granddaughters – Emily, Ella and Isobel. They keep her on her toes!

An interesting but surreal fact: Sam has so-called ‘simulation sickness’, so she gets motion sick from fake cars but not real ones. Yes, that’s a real thing. No, we didn’t believe her either.
