Together, Neil and Hung explore whether businesses risk becoming too dependent on technology they don’t own, why AI could lead to the return of some in-house technology roles, and whether recruitment really is heading towards a future with fewer recruiters.
They also get into human judgement, bias and the value of unpredictability. If technology can make more consistent decisions, where should people still have the final say? And when hiring is ultimately about human potential, is being unpredictable sometimes exactly the point?
