We’ve been working away in the background on all things AI and are pleased to say that Sidekick is coming soon! Your new AI assistant to help find, screen and hire the best people, faster than ever. From drafting job descriptions to salary & skills suggestions and candidate scoring, Sidekick will help supercharge your recruitment.

We’re working constantly to improve the accessibility of our platform, and have ticked off loads of things in the past 3 months, including:
- Enhanced zoom functionality on the application summary page
- Made tooltips more accessible throughout the application process
- Added options for underlined links and higher-contrast input borders in candidate flows
- Encouraged clients to add their own accessibility statements to the ATS
We’ve identified further areas for improvement beyond application submission and continued user testing with clients to guide future work. If you’ve got any accessibility or usability concerns, please share your feedback via our Design Feedback form. As well as regular audits, we also run spot checks and keep a beady eye on accessibility so we’re always interested in feedback.
