Need a second opinion or a quick nudge?
@-tag your colleagues directly in notes on jobs, candidates, applications, and onboarding. It’s permission-aware so you can only tag people who have access, and tags land in the Notification Centre for easy action. With daily digest emails so nothing’s missed.
It’s the speedier way to collaborate, right where work happens. This’ll roll out automatically: nothing needed from your side.
Free Feature
You can now add different interview questionnaires into each interview stage, so there’s space for more nuanced interview notes or post-interview feedback. Like… maybe you want to collect different feedback from hiring manager interviews versus HR interviews.
View candidates’ interview scores at-a-glance on the candidate list, to spot your standout performers fast.
Free Feature
When you’re integrating Tribepad with your HRIS, super-users can now define upfront which form fields are relevant.
It means your recruiters get a streamlined interface that only shows the fields they need to complete, rather than a laundry list of everything they might need.
Less cognitive overwhelm; less scope for mistakes. Just systems that play well together, so you can get on with hiring.
Free Feature
See the delivery status of your Tribepad emails (delivered; bounced; opened; etc). No more candidates saying they never got your email. Plus create reports on email activity to prove you’ve contacted the right people the right number of times.
More clarity what’s going on with your candidates and referees; more confidence that you’re meeting compliance requirements. Done and done.
This will roll out automatically: nothing needed from your side.
After a burst of candidate-side work last release, this quarter we’ve been focusing on auditing the recruiter journey and marching toward stronger WCAG 2 alignment. More to come, but we’ll keep shipping steady improvements behind the scenes.
If you’ve got any accessibility or usability concerns, please share your feedback via our Design Feedback form. As well as regular audits, we also run spot checks and keep a beady eye on accessibility so we’re always interested in feedback.
