When you’re reviewing candidates in a bucket, you can now flag candidates for action directly from their mini profile as you work. Once you’re done, Tribepad keeps those candidates selected so you can apply one bulk action in one go.
So instead of bouncing back and forth between screens, you can review everything you need from the mini profile, mark the candidates you want, then move them all to the next step together.
Less toggling. Less faff. Faster processing.

When candidates are invited to book their own interview, they’ll still get the usual email but now you can also send an SMS invite and optional SMS reminders. (And reminders stop once the candidate books, so there’s no unnecessary chasing.)
Especially useful for busy, mobile-first applicants who might miss an email but spot a text straight away.
A simple update that helps interviews get booked faster, with less manual follow-up.

If you’re using Tribepad Video Screening, you can now sort candidates by scorecard score. Choose high-to-low or low-to-high to quickly surface stronger performers or review lower-scoring candidates first – whatever fits your process best.

We’ve added more useful info into job authorisation requests, adding the number of positions and a direct link to the job advert.
So authorisers can understand what they’re approving more quickly, without needing to dig around or already know the role inside-out. Particularly useful when the person approving a job isn’t a regular ATS user.

We’ve corrected the Notification Centre icons so they now correctly show whether a message has been read or unread.

Smoother Navigation: Enhanced keyboard access and clearer focus styles across our rich text editor, e-sign module, and onboarding workflows.

Better Structure: Improved heading hierarchies and clearer labelling (including field sets and legends) to help screen reader users navigate candidate profiles and forms with ease.

Greater Clarity: Onboarding steps are now more intuitive, providing a better sense of progress and what’s coming next.
