We’ve teamed up with Recite Me to drive inclusive candidate journeys
The industry-leading Assistive Toolbar breaks down digital barriers for candidates.
The Recite Me integration is currently available through job posts on Tribepad platform, and the teams are working continuously to deepen the integration further.
Recite Me provides a cloud-based Assistive Toolbar that makes a website more inclusive by allowing visitors to customise content so that they can read and understand it in ways that work best for them. This helps remove recruitment barriers for those with visual impairments, learning difficulties, who speak English as a second language, and are neurodivergent.
A Suite of Customisable Features
The Assistive Toolbar includes a screen reader, several reading aids, customisable styling options, and an on-demand live translation capability with over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech.
Tap into a Wider Talent Pool
When you provide inclusive recruitment, you break down barriers and attract a larger, more diverse pool of talent. Diversity in the workplace usually brings a wider variety of skills and experiences that enable organisations to drive business performance.
How to Make your Recruitment Process Inclusive and Accessible
Neil Armstrong, Chief Commercial Officer at Tribepad presents with Martin Robertson, Country Manager at Recite Me.
The process of job hunting is mentally very draining for most job hunters but being dyspraxic makes it significantly worse. To be able to use the accessibility tools on the website ensures I can process the information with greater efficiency and therefore reduce the visual fatigue I experience from using websites.
