The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the way we live our lives and the successful roll out of vaccines has been key to helping the country get back to life as normal.
NHS Professionals (NHSP) needed a way of allowing thousands of potential vaccinators to apply quickly and easily so that they could start work as soon as possible. They needed a cost-effective application tracking solution that worked seamlessly with other partners and platforms to ensure a compliant and positive user journey.
When we faced England’s biggest public health challenge in living memory, we needed to create a solution that worked, at pace.
Together with Tribepad, we created a robust application system that allowed thousands of vaccinators to reach the frontlines.
There is no doubt that what we achieved together played a significant part in the country’s fight back against the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Situation
NHSP required extra resource to help with the processing of candidates, so a highly automated workflow was essential.
The project needed to meet the complex requirements of successfully taking up an NHS role associated with the National Vaccination Programme. There were a variety of questionnaires and documents which needed to be completed and uploaded to satisfy compliance and recruitment standards.
I found the process of joining [the National Vaccination Programme] extremely comprehensive and thorough – and very straight forward and we were supported every step of the way.
Our Solution

This led to our quickest ever deployment, with the new talent acquisition platform going live in just two weeks, along with a custom-built careers site.
Simple and effective process
Tribepad made tailored changes to the platform to allow thousands of candidates to apply and be screened through specially created roles.
Several vitally important new partner integrations were developed to ensure that comprehensive checks were completed.
Over 17,000 vaccinators were screened and provided to the NHS, ready for deployment in vaccine centers across the country.
