New pre-offer candidate workflow stage

This is a biggie. Lots of our customers have lengthy compliance checks before they can make an official offer. We’ve now added a new pre-offer workflow stage so you can move candidates who’ve interviewed successfully into this stage while you conduct checks.

Drag and drop candidates through recruitment stages
FREE feature for Tribepad Pro and Gro
This is a cool one. You can now drag and drop candidates between recruitment stages, instead of navigating the drop-down menus. It’s super simple and intuitive, with fewer clicks.
Don’t panic about moving people accidentally. When you drag candidates, you’ll get a pop-up box asking if you’re sure, and reminding you what the action will trigger. And all your current permissions still stand so your hiring managers can’t suddenly take actions they couldn’t before.
How to get it: This will be turned on automatically on 16th April. If you’re not quite ready and would rather delay for six months then fill in this form before 9th April and we’ll hold off for now.
Better cookie control, compliance, and coverage

We’ve now changed our cookie interface, so you can view, change, and add cookies into your recruitment software easily yourself.
Instantly see what’s necessary and why, choose optional cookies, and add custom cookies where you want them. Better control, total compliance, and more flexibility over tracking and analytics.

Suggested synonyms for biased words

Ad Assistant springs into action when you write job adverts, to scan, score, and suggest improvements to make your ads more engaging and inclusive. We’ve now added suggested synonyms for specific words that could be problematic.
Even better, they’re crowd-sourced from everyone using the platform so they’re useful, relevant recruitment terms.

How to get it: We’re switching this on automatically for everyone who uses Ad Assistant on 16th April, so nothing needed from your side. If you don’t use Ad Assistant currently then register your interest in Single Job Description on this form and your account manager will be in touch.

Make candidates’ lives easier with Magic Links (…actually, this time!)

**Sorry, we released this before Christmas but had roll it back to iron out some final creases. It’s back and better than ever.
Remembering endless passwords is a hassle. Resetting forgotten passwords even more so. Now when candidates register, apply, or log into Tribepad they can now get an email with a Magic Link instead of having to remember a password.
Easier access; less admin hassle. That’s the candidate experience we’re all about.
How to get it: This will be turned on automatically on 16th April. If you’re not quite ready and would rather delay for six months then fill in this form before 9th April and we’ll hold off for now. If you previously told us that you’d like to delay then you don’t need to tell us again!
