High-volume roles can get overwhelming fast, especially today. Tame your application volume by automatically expiring a job once your chosen number of candidates reaches a specific stage.
Like… expiring the role once you’ve got 50 candidates shortlisted, or 10 candidates interviewing. Enough people in play? Once your chosen threshold is reached, the job will auto-expire instead of waiting for the original closing date.
Better for everyone:
- Recruiters can manage workload better and focus on more urgent roles.
- Managers aren’t overwhelmed with an ever-escalating drip-feed of people.
- Candidates don’t waste time on roles you’d close soon anyway

If you’re using our newer Meetings functionality then we’ve streamlined the interview booking process. This means you don’t have to set-up interview blocks over and again if you’re inviting candidates to a specific time. Now you can:

➡️ Agree a slot with the candidate
➡️ Book them straight into the existing block
➡️ Get on with your day
Especially useful if you prefer to speak to candidates first and confirm the interview time yourself, rather than asking candidates to self-book. Fewer clicks. Less repetition. Faster scheduling.

If you use Video Screening, you can now review candidates’ videos as a transcript instead of watching the video. Great for recruiters and managers to review on-the-go when audio’s not possible, or if you prefer to see info written down.

We’re working constantly to make Tribepad more accessible and inclusive. Here’s what we’ve been working on:
- Reviewing customers’ own accessibility audits and working alongside them to act on the findings
- Helping with branding changes that improve accessibility, including adjusting colour contrast so it meets accessible standards while still staying true to customers’ brand.
- Improving hover and interaction states, making them clearer and more accessible without compromising branding.
Accessibility is never “done” so we’ll keep testing, improving and listening.
